Lead generation & ad management

Getting clicks,
but not the right inquiries?

Connect your offer, audience, advertising, landing pages, and follow-up. We plan and manage the agreed campaign work around useful inquiries—and the information needed to make better decisions.

A conversation first. No long questionnaire.

The inquiry journey

  1. ReachThe relevant audience
  2. EngageA clear offer & landing page
  3. InquireAn easy next step
  4. QualifyTimely sales follow-up

A journey, not a performance forecast.

Find the actual bottleneck

More traffic is useful when the journey works.

If visitors don’t understand the offer, forms are difficult, or leads go unanswered, extra spend may amplify the problem. We review the route from first impression to follow-up before recommending where to invest.

What’s included

Campaign planning to ongoing improvement

Every part has a purpose.

01

Audience, offer & channel plan

Define who you want to reach, what qualifies as a lead, the offer, geographic focus, and a practical testing budget.

02

Campaign setup & management

Build and manage agreed Google Ads or paid social campaigns, including targeting, structure, exclusions, and budget checks.

03

Creative & landing pages

Align the ad promise with the destination. Scope copy, creative variants, and landing-page improvements around a clear next step.

04

Conversion measurement

Set up and test agreed form, call, or booking measurement where supported. Distinguish inquiries from qualified opportunities and sales.

05

Lead routing & follow-up

Agree where inquiries arrive, who responds, and what happens next. CRM connections and automation are included only when scoped.

06

Optimization & reporting

Review delivery, spend, lead relevance, and conversion performance. Document changes, learning, and the next testing priorities. Distinguish platform-reported conversions from verified business outcomes where reliable data is available.

Choose channels for the customer

The right mix follows the buying journey.

Search advertising

Consider when customers are actively looking for the service. Align keywords, location, offer, and landing-page intent.

Paid social

Consider when discovery and compelling creative matter. Agree audience, platform, formats, and creative refresh needs.

Remarketing

Consider relevant follow-up to prior visitors where platform eligibility, audience size, and consent requirements allow.

Organic support

Search-friendly content, useful social presence, and genuine reviews can support how customers evaluate the business beyond the ad.

A customer like you · Illustrative scenario

A landscaping business getting inquiries that don’t fit.

The team needs projects within its service area and capacity. Success means understanding lead relevance and booking potential, rather than only lowering the price of every form submission.

Define a useful inquiry

Agree services, geography, project suitability, and follow-up expectations.

Connect the experience

Match campaign messages to service-specific pages and a simple inquiry route.

Review the whole picture

Compare spend and inquiries with qualified leads and booked work when sales data is available.

See the process

From planning to implementation

A disciplined cycle, rather than set-and-forget.

  1. Review & agree the baseline

Assess the offer, current campaigns, website, measurement, and lead handling. Agree goals and success measures, capacity to serve new customers, and the acceptable acquisition-cost assumptions supplied by your business.

  2. Build & verify

Prepare campaigns and creative, test destinations and inquiry routes, and confirm tracking before release.

  3. Launch & learn

Monitor delivery and spend, review early inquiry quality, and collect enough evidence to guide changes.

  4. Refine & report

Test agreed improvements and share a report with results, context, actions, and the next priorities.

Before we begin

Your questions, answered.

Is advertising spend included in the management fee?

Spend paid to advertising platforms is separate unless explicitly included. Your proposal separates setup, ongoing management, creative, landing pages, and tool costs.

Can you take over our existing campaigns?

We can start with an agreed review of campaigns, account access, tracking, and destinations, then scope changes or ongoing management.

How soon will we see results?

Timing depends on demand, budget, creative, the offer, and the sales cycle. We set an initial review period; early campaign data is not the same as stable business results.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

We do not promise a fixed lead volume or sales outcome. We agree the work, measurement, budget, and review cadence, and use evidence to guide improvements.

Who owns the accounts and follows up with leads?

Ownership and access are documented before work begins. Your team normally handles sales follow-up; any CRM setup or automation is separately scoped.

Where is your marketing getting stuck?

Share your offer, current website, or the issue with your leads. We’ll discuss a useful starting point.
