Common questions

Make the first step
an informed one.

You don’t need to choose a package before talking. These answers explain how scope, costs, and responsibilities are agreed.

A conversation first. No questionnaire required.

Working together

What to expect.

Is the first inquiry a commitment?

No. Send a message or call to explain your goals. We discuss a next step; paid work and fees are agreed before delivery.

Do I need to complete the questionnaire?

No. The detailed brief is optional and can be completed later.

Can we start with strategy only?

Yes. Pre-launch strategy can be scoped separately from brand, website, and marketing implementation.

What is included in a quote?

The proposal identifies deliverables, fees, milestones, review rounds, responsibilities, and any third-party costs.

Is advertising spend included?

Platform spend is separate unless the proposal says otherwise. Management, creative, and landing-page work are separately identified.

Do you guarantee sales or search rankings?

No. Goals and measurement are agreed, and performance is reviewed with the context of your offer, market, budget, and follow-up.

Who owns accounts and assets?

Ownership, access, licenses, and handover are documented before work begins.

Where can I see examples?

The sample-deliverables page shows an illustrative launch brief, content plan, and campaign review. These are examples of the process, not completed client projects.
